1. What types of products do you offer?

We offer a wide range of Japanese food products including frozen items, chilled foods, dry grocery, beverages, confectionery, rice and noodles, and baby food. All products are sourced from trusted manufacturers with strict quality certifications.

2. Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we deliver across West Malaysia. Chilled and frozen products may have limited coverage depending on cold-chain availability.

3. How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times:

West Malaysia: 2 to 5 business days

Cold-chain deliveries: 1 to 3 business days depending on location

4. How are chilled and frozen items delivered?

We use our own temperature-controlled vehicles or trusted cold-chain logistics partners. Products are stored in low-temperature environments throughout the journey to maintain freshness and safety.

5. How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Some cold-chain deliveries may be tracked manually, and you will receive SMS or phone updates from our logistics team.

6. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 24 hours with photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Our team will assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.

7. Can I return chilled or frozen items?

Due to food safety reasons, chilled and frozen items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect. All claims must be submitted within 24 hours.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed. Once an order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. Chilled and frozen product orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

9. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept online banking, FPX, debit and credit cards, and other payment options provided during checkout.

10. Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchasing?

Yes. For bulk orders or supply inquiries for restaurants, supermarkets, or retail chains, please contact our sales team. We will be happy to assist.

11. Are your products Halal certified?

Many of our products come from manufacturers with internationally recognised certifications including Halal. Product-level Halal status may vary, so customers can refer to the product description for details.
